Robert Kiyosaki hints at a possible shift in global finance
Robert Kiyosaki, a renowned author and advocate for investing in Bitcoin, gold, and silver, has recently turned to Twitter to express his concerns regarding the upcoming BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) meeting on August 22 in South Africa. According to Kiyosaki, the meeting might not bode well for the United States.
"France Might Join In"
Kiyosaki hinted at the possibility of up to 41 countries, including potentially France, attending the meeting. The highlight of the discussion? The possible announcement of a gold-backed BRICS currency.
He said, "GANG WARS: On August 22, 2023, 41 countries, possibly including France, will hold a BRICS meeting. They plan to end the dollar's dominance in the world. The proposal will be this: One BRICS currency will be equivalent to one ounce of gold, i.e., approximately $3,000... Goodbye USA."
The BRICS, founded by China, India, Russia, Brazil, and South Africa, has long been open to membership from other countries around the world. Recently, another 22 countries have applied to join the BRICS group, with a shared objective of ending the U.S. dollar's dominance in world trade.
However, the United States still maintains its status as the world's greatest financial power, with a net worth of $25 trillion, followed by China at $19.9 trillion. Yet, experts suggest that China might surpass the U.S. in terms of financial power within a few years.
With these looming changes, the upcoming BRICS meeting could indeed be a turning point for global finance. Regardless of where you stand, it will undoubtedly be interesting to keep an eye on the developments that unfold from this meeting.
